Data processed

Browsing data: the systems of the server hosting the website record technical data needed for operation and security (for example IP address, date and time of the request, page visited).

Requests via the contact form: the form does not send or store any data on the website. Pressing the button opens the user’s email program with a pre-filled message to info@contenimondo.it (name, email, optionally company and phone, service of interest, message and shipment details): the data reaches Contenimondo only if the user decides to send the email.

Applications: data that the data subject sends by email to info@contenimondo.it, including the CV. The website does not collect or store CVs.

Contact by email or WhatsApp: the data that the data subject chooses to share. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to the provider’s own terms.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to requests for information and quotes: pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Assessing speculative applications: pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Ensuring the operation and security of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

The website does not send marketing communications or newsletters and does not perform profiling.

Retention periods

Requests for information and quotes: for the time needed to handle the request and, if a business relationship follows, for its duration and the periods required by law (for example tax and accounting obligations).

Applications: up to 24 months from receipt, unless earlier deletion is requested.

Browsing data: for the time strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website, according to the hosting provider’s settings.

Recipients and technical providers

Website hosting provider: the website is hosted on a server located in Italy, managed by Contenimondo’s hosting provider, which processes technical data as a data processor. The contact form does not use any email sending service: the message is sent from the user’s own email program.

The website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or embedded third-party content. Fonts are hosted on the website itself.

The client area portals (Contenimondo and Palletways) are external services reached through links: please refer to their own privacy notices for data processed there.

Transfers outside the EU

The website does not transfer personal data outside the European Union. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta group), which may process data outside the EU according to its own privacy notice.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data and object to processing by writing to info@contenimondo.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Provision of data

Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary to receive a reply. Other data is optional.
